Mauro Verderosa is specialized in Identity and Access Management since 2007, joining some of the most important projects in Europe covering the design and the implementation of complex solutions and architectures.

Use to work in strongly regulated environments as financial and health care sectors.

Holder of some of the most important cybersecurity certifications including CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, CGRC and HCISPP and the only ISC2 Official Trainer in Switzerland.

As President Mauro is responsible for leading the chapter, overseeing chapter activities, and representing the chapter in external interactions.

Mária Bicsi

Membership Chair

Mária Bicsi is a PRINCE2 certified Project Manager with broad experience in multinational environments. She earned a Bachelor Degree in Economics and just one year later in Psychology, followed by a Master Degree in Human Resources.

She believes in continuous learning, and she developed her skills in the latest years in the Cybersecurity field. Currently, she works at PSYND as Project Manager specialized in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Moreover, she provides Cybersecurity Awareness Training and speaks in several conferences and events. Mária is the co-founder and community manager at the Swiss-CyberSecurity Association, which was founded to raise awareness and facilitate the professional growth of IT Managers and Cybersecurity Experts.

She initiated the “Zero-Day” Conference, the largest CyberSecurity Strategy conference in Geneva.

As Membership Chair Mária is responsible for recruiting new members and retaining existing, promoting member engagement and participation in chapter activities.
